The 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo.

Yesterday was Christmas Eve, my friends ans I went to Flora Expo in Yuan Shan. When we arrived in Ximen, it was rain. Cassandra and I bought a bag and we went to the MRT to picked up Sophie. Then we went to McDonalds and had our lunch in there. There were so many  people and I was happy we had seats. After we finished our lunch, we went to buy an umbrella then we headed to the MRT station. It took us about ten minutes to the Yuan Shan. But we waited for our friends for almost an hour or more. Ok, everyone was here then we could set out. First, we went to the Fine Arts Park Area. There were very beautiful and you could see every countries special buildings. Second, we walked to the Pavilion of Future and the Pavilion of Angel Life. We had to line up and then we waited for five minutes and we could enter. Pavilion of Future was full of plants and flowers. You could see various kinds of plants there. Then Pavilion of Angel Life was cool. They projected the pictures on the screen. And then the screen became the door, you just walked through it and you would enter another place. It was evening when we finished these pavilions. We had something for our dinner and we kept going to those pavilions. We went to the Pavilion of New Fashion. I thought it was awesome. It was made by 1.52 million plastic bottles. That was so COOL.
I thought we might walk for five kilometer in a day. My feet were so hurt but I thought it was very good.

Happy Saturday

December 11 was LHU's birthday but we didn't go to school. Instead of going to Ximen for lunch. We had barbecue and  chafing dish as our lunch. The baking tray was a big round disk and the  chafing dish was in the middle.  We took a lot of meat, vegetable, chafing dish ingredients, salad and some drink. There were lots of stuff on the table. We roast lots of meat, chicken wings and sausage. I ate many meat that I felt very uncomfortable then I ate some vegetable. We stayed there for a long time and everyone felt very full. Then we went to Tom bear and played. My male friends were David, Saxon and Carter. The boys went to play the vehicle  racing game. David and Saxon were so crazy about the game and both of them wanted to win. Final, they just even-handed. They played for four times and there was no winner and the loser. My friend Niya and I went to play a shooting games and we cost about four hundred dollars on it. Both of us were sweaty and exciting.

It was very fun with my friends. I had a great time with them.

Film 2

Today was my turn to film the video and my friend Saxon helped us filming. At first, we stayed in the Self-Access Language Learning Center filming. My friend Emma and I acted like we were in the airport  and booked the tickets. We got off the plane and then we found out that our baggage were missing. We went to the Lost Baggage Service and told them out baggage were lost.  My friend Rina acted the Airport Customs officer and we asked her to help us find our baggage. Then we went to a hotel and check in. We found that there were lots of problems in the room. For example, the dryer didn't work, the air condition either and the toilet didn't flush. We called the front desk and asked to change another room. We stayed in the new room and then we decided to go out.  When we on the way back to the hotel, I was robbed. We chased the robber and then a police came out and help us. And the next day we went to a restaurant. We got our order and then we found out that there was an insect in my friend Emma's soup. It was very terrible. The last day we left the hotel and checked out. 
Above all the stories were our English lesson's play. If I go travel and I experience these things, I think that is the most terrible trip ever.
Well, I hope we can get a good grade.

This year was my 20 years old birthday so I was a adult after that. I started to celebrate my birthday from the age 18. I was 18 when I was a high school student. All my friends celebrated my 18 birthday for me. They made a big card for me and there were almost all my classmates 's bless on the card. I brushed into tear after I readed the card. I really loved my friends. Then this year my Yuda's friends celebrated my birthday for me. We went to the underground street of the Zhongxiao Fuxing 's department store and had okonomiyaki. My friends Ariel, Candy and Emily took their boyfriends with them included Vivi and I were eight people. The okonomiyaki were very delicious but I felt it was a little bit greasy.  After we finished our meal, we went to Dozo to have my birthday cake.  My birthday cake was very cute and expensive. We sang the birthday song together and then ate the cake. My friend Candy worked in the Dozo and it was Japanese restaurant. Althought it was a Japanese restaurant, you couldn't feel that it was a Japanese style. It combined Japanese-style and moderm. And there was a runway in the middle of the store. I felt more confident when walked on it. Dozo was awesome place and there were lots of foreign people. Then we sat in the couch and chatted. We leave Dozo was about 11pm and my friend Vivi and I had to catch the MRT as soon as possible. My sister was so angry that it was so late and I didn't go home. When we got home it was 12 am.

Well, it was really fun with my friends and Happy Birthday to me again.

A sunny day.

Today was Sunday and the weather was very beautiful and sunny. All my family and I went out and my big sister's husband's parents-in-law treat us a lunch in Miaoli. We set off at 10 am and I fell asleep when I got in the car. When we arrived in Miaoli it was almost about 12 pm. The wealth and the scenery were so beautiful. We sat in the car and looked the wonderful scenery along the way. We arrived the restaurant and there were many people in that restaurant. Then we waited for twenty minutes for out meal. Actually, the meal were OK but we enjoy the atmosphere with our family. After we finished the meal, we took a walk along the carp lake reservoir. There were not very water in the reservoir and I thought it was a little bit dry.  We took pictures and took a walk. I chatted with my big sister and both of us had a great time. Then we were on the way home. I fell asleep right away when I  got into the car. Today was a beautiful day for all of us.

Department store's anniversary

I went to Taipei Railway Station yesterday. Everywhere in Taipei station were full of Christmas atmosphere and the Christmas songs. I really liked Christmas and I thought Christmas was a festival with joy. I went to the stationery store and bought some material to do some cards. There were some stationery stores I liked the most. When I went to Taipei Railway Station and I definitely went to those stationery stores. I walked around the Railway station and then I entered  Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. Wow, there were so many people. There were lots of people waited for the elevator and I've waited for twenty minutes. I took to 11th floor and I wanted to buy a pair of canvas shoes. It was much cheaper than other stores. Well there was a Chinese idiom could describe the crowded was that " The people mountain people sea." That was my first time to join that anniversary and I was a little scare by the crowded.  But I think it is very fun to join Department store's anniversary.

Film

Yesterday was Friday, I helped my friend Saxon to film. At first, my friends Cassandra, Sophie, Becca, David and I went to the Self-Access Languages Learning Center chatted with foreign students. We had three foreign students from Holland this semester. I was a little shy to talk to them but after a while I felt very talkative. They were really nice, easy-going and they had a lot of patient. We talked a lot and we all had a good time with them. It was about noon and Saxon went to school and then we discussed the script. Then boys went to buy some prop. It was very strong wind and I felt headache and cold.  We climbed up to the building U. The wind  in the building U was much more stronger.  Then we started to shoot. Saxon always wanted to see the script instead of remembering. But this time he must remember the script. Their setting and locations were in the airport, plane and the hotel. First of all, they went to the counter and book the ticket then they get on the plane. They encountered the turbulence when they on the plane. Then they went to hotel and check in then they went to the restaurant. Saxon got hit by a car when he is on the way to restaurant. Saxon final became a ghost but he didn't know. The last scene was they were on the plane and Saxon was dreamed about all things. They didn't get off the plane. It was a terrible dream for Saxon. The next Monday, Saxon played the video to classmates and everyone just laughted out loud. I think they are successful and good actors and actresses.

My first Spanish moive.

My friends and I went to school library and watched the Spanish movie. We took a little time to find out the movie number and then we entered the studio. When the movie began for ten minutes, I was totally freak out.  There was daughter Paula killed her father because her father wanted to offend her. Then Paula killer her father with a knife.  Oh my God, what kind of movie was that? Paula's mother was the leader actress. The leader actress was offend by her father when she was young and then she had a baby was Paula. So Paula was a sister and a daughter of the leader actress.  See, what kind of the movie was this?
It was a totally a disorder situation. And I found that the Spanish movies were so strange. It was about insect, murder, and haunted etc. Spanish movies were very different from normal movies.

The end of the movie was very, extremely strange. I didn't understand what was that mean. Wow, in a word, Spanish movies were very difficult for me to understand.

Bookstores

I really like to stay in the bookstores and I think I can take whole day in there. I like the atmosphere around the bookstores. People nowadays like to go to bookstore and read some books. They don't even have to buy the books and they can read a lot of books.  When I enter every bookstores, there are always lots of people sitting on the floor. So I will pick up some books and  sit on the floor just like others people. The bookstore staff will play some soft music. I feel relax and peaceful when I am reading. There is not very quiet but you can hear some whisper or the sound of heel hit the ground. I feel sleepy when it is totally quiet and I can only concentrate on reading about 20 minutes. I like to walk around the bookstore and pick up every kinds of books. Sometimes, I will discovery some really good books and I will but them. I like to read some short stories or novels. Sometimes these stores will inspire you more than you thought.
I believe reading is a good thing for all of us. Everyone should read as possible and you will learn a lot of from the books even though love, family, relationship, your career, etc.

I think when you get older and then you read the same book but it give you different feeling from formerly.

I really like to read.

Go to Yingko with my family

This morning my friends Stella, Sophie, Jane and I were planning to go to wufenpu for shopping. When I went out of my house, Sophie called me that she couldn't go with us and so did Jane. I called Stella that we couldn't go with her. Then my mom asked us to take a walk in Yingko.  We set up at one o'clock and my sister's boyfriend drave his car. I fell aslept right away when we got into the car. When we arrived in Yingko, it was about 2 pm. There were lots of people in the Street and the weather was good, not too cold and there it was a sunny day. We took a walk along the street. There were lots of ceramics stores and we entered every stores. My mom wanted to buy some tea cups and I wanted to buy a bowl for instant noodles. However, we walked around the street, we still found anything we liked. Finally, we found something we liked in a small store. I bought a yellow bowl for instant noodles and a cup with "CEO" on it. I liked my bowl and that CEO cup.

What the busy mid-term test.

The mid-term was pissing me off.  We had two reports to do and the rest of the subjects  we had to memorized a lot of things. Monday was the most easiest day. The English reading was very easy for me to do the paper test. But Wednesday was totally a disaster day. I had four tests from the first class to the last class. Oh my God!! And my Spanish test. I thought my Spanish test was totally failed. My management teacher said the test would be very difficult for us but when we saw the test paper. it seemed like much more easier than what the teacher said.  I felt happy and exhausted when Wednesday finished. Thursday was more easier than Wednesday. I had conversation test with Robert and that was pretty easy to do. All we had to do was talking to Robert just liked chatted.The next test was Spanish conversation and it just liked last test with Robert, easy and without any stress. Friday was the last day for our mid-term. We had a Counts generally test in Friday.  When we finished the test and we just felt very happy and we could take a breath. The mid-term was over and we could play again.

Brisbane.

You have a prefect vacation but you don't  know where to go? Go to Brisbane and you will have a wonderful trip there.
There are three reasons to spent your vacation in Brisbane. First of all is Working Holiday. You can go to the language schools and have all kinds of part-time jobs at the same time. For example, working in the pasture, on the ship and even be a bartender. When you make enough money, you may travel around the Australia.You just enjoy every wonderful thing in the trip.
Second, you must go to the South Bank Parkland. It's well-known for its Streets Beach. The Streets Beach is an artificial beach in the city. People go there enjoy the sun tan, having barbecues along the riverside and all kind of activities of festivals. Children will love to swing, climb and slide in South Bank. It's a paradise for everyone to spent their vacation there.
Third, if you like koala,  you must go to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Lone Pine offers various activities and presentations on Australia wildlife. Enjoy the Australia outback farm experience with the sheep dog and sheep shearing shows. Also you can have a very special experience is that you can hold a koala in your arms. Is it wonderful?

All in all, Brisbane definitely is a good place to spent your vacation. What are you waiting for? Pack your pack and hop up the plane go to Brisbane.

KTV

Wow!! The mid-term was over. After the whole week I just felt tired.  My friends wanted to celebrate Becca's birthday so we deiced to go to KTV. We took the bus to Ximen and it took us about an hour to get there. And then we bought the tickets and went to the restaurant got something to eat. That was my first time went to KTV with my college friends and I was sure that would be very fun.  We entered our box and sang songs. My friends Saxon and Joan pretended they were fighting with each other and that was a plan to scared Becca. And then Saxon, Joan and David, they held a cake, entered the room  and sang the Happy birthday song to Becca. Oh my God. Becca cried and she was so frightened. We ate the cake and began to sing. It was really fun with my friends Saxon, Becca and David, they were really funny. Saxon and I drank some beer and I felt a little drunk but I did know what I was doing. We sang about three hours and we felt a little exhausted. We lift the KTV and went shopping in the Ximen.  We went to KFC and chatted with all of us.  By then, I knew my friends more than ever and I was so happy to have good friends like them.  It almost called it a day, before the end of the day, I thought a lot of things about my old friends and new friends.
Today was a great day for me.   I love you guys and thank all of you.

My first music concert

My friend David and I went to Banciao with his motorcycle. We arrived in Banciao about 6:15 but we had not found the place. We asked a lot of people including the police officers. The most funny thing was that police officers didn't know where the place. Then we kept asking the local people and they all gave us a wrong direction. We spent more than an hour finding the way. Finally, we found the place and it was in a alley. We found that there was not many people know that place. Then we entered the art center. Wow, it was so beautiful. When we sat down and the performance was started. The performance lasted two hours and I felt touching when the play started. The play ended up at 9:30 and we were on the way home.

Yesterday was a new experience for me and I felt good.

Busy October

Well, we were very very busy at October. We had a lot of reports and I was a team leader so I had to do plenty of things. We had a lot of reports during our mid-term but we still had our paper tests . Oh my Gosh. For example, my listening class, reading class and management class.  In my listening class, we had to describe the pictures in a minute. In the reading class, my subject was "Death Penalty". This subject was not that easy to explain to everyone. I spent a long time to figure it out. At least, our report presentation was great and without any problems.  The management report was OK but it took me a lot of time to make the PPT.  Now I only prayed the mid-term test will end up as soon as possible.

Skating!! part 2

After we finished out classes, we decied to go to Ximon to skate.  My friend Juile, Cassandra and I took the bus to Ximon.  We had stone pot bibimbap as our lunch and it was to delicious, a little spicy and the rice crust. We finished the lunch and went to the rink. Let's go. We entered the rink and paid the money. When I put the skating shoes on, I felt like I was a duck.  I took the first step in the rink, I just immediately fell down on the ice. Oh my God. It was so hurt and my ass. There was a bruise in my left hand and I immediately burst into tears. I fell down five times. My Lord, my ass. We played about two hours more and we decieded to leave.
I have to thank all my friends. Thank you guys. Saving me for many times.
I had a great time today.

Skating!!

I never skate before, never, not once. So my friends and I decide to go skating in the Taipei Arena next Friday. The Taipei Arena is in the Songshan district and my high school Yuda is next to the arena. In my high school years, I  passed by the arena but I have been in there. What a strange. And now we decide to get in there. I don't know how there look like, but I do know there is huge. There are always a lot of activities or concerts. Anyway, I am so excited about next Friday.

Barbecue

All my friends and I went to barbecue in ShinJo last Friday.  I only  had two classes on Friday so I decided to have some fun with my friends.  There were about 20 people went to barbecue with us.  There were so many people couldn't ride motocycle that they took cabs.  The rest of us rode the motocycle. When we arrived the destination, we found that there was noboby except us. The cabs team were lost in somewhere because the drivers dropped them on a strange place.  My friends who could ride the motocycle went to pick up the rest of them.  Everyboby were there and we started to barbecue. We had a lot of food and drinks and I was too full to eat anything.  After we finished the meal, we played games and the loser would be punished by the winner. The games were not very exciting but I thought it was a good chance to gather everyboby to play together.  I really had a wonderful time with my best friends. I hope we can go out and have fun with my friends next time. I Love all of you, my friends.

My first Spanish class

I only know a few words of Spanish are "Holy", "Gracias" and "Amigo".  I  barely know about Spanish that is why I want to learn Spanish.  My first Spanish class is totally drives me crazy because I can not use my tongue very smooth. It is look like I have some problem with my tongue.  The Spanish letters are very difficul to memorize and pronounce.  It cost me a lot of time to memory.  It will be fantastic if I am able to speak Spanish fluently.  However, there is no gain without pain.  It takes efforts and patience to learn Spanish well.

The Self-Access Language Learning Center

The Self-Access Language Learning Center is our new facility.  There are some computers and  special rooms for any purpose.  Also, you can read magazines or chat with our exchange students. They are very friendly and happy to speak with you.  We have three exchange students from Holland this semester. I think it is a good chance to make some  foreign friends. I believe I will learn a lot from them by talking with them.
